Our team responds to situations in the Level 1 Trauma Centers at Metro Health and University Hospitals. CPA provides a presence to reduce retaliatory actions following an act of violence. We stay connected to the individuals (and their family members) who were admitted to the hospital and provide support services throughout their recovery.
The team works with court-involved participants to reduce recidivism and help individuals complete their court supervision conditions.
Our street outreach team works in the neighborhoods and throughout the community to provides daily intervention and prevention services. These services include community safe passage, hotspot monitoring, and direct youth engagement.
Our focus is to foster the proper environments and conditions to help reduce the violence that has historically impacted the lives of young people in Cleveland and communities across America. Our professionally trained and managed staff works with a variety of strategic partners and community stakeholders to reduce and address community violence.
